Policies

Please read all policies prior to booking your appointment.

NEW CLIENTS

Booking the "New Client Consultation" is mandatory for all new clients. After you schedule your consultation, we will communicate remotely to discuss your hair needs and arrange your appointment accordingly.

 

COLOR SERVICES

To schedule any major color services, you must book a "Color Consultation" online. In-person color consultations are mandatory for all major color services. For clients residing outside the state, we provide Zoom consultations as an alternative. To secure your color appointment, a deposit of 25% of the total service cost is required. This deposit will be applied towards the final payment on the day of your appointment.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

Please make sure to arrive punctually for your appointment. A grace period of 10 minutes will be provided. Beyond this grace period, we cannot guarantee the completion of all services and there may be a possibility of cancellation (with an associated fee). For more information, please refer to the "Cancellations" section.

 

CANCELLATIONS

To avoid charges, kindly cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before your scheduled services. Failure to cancel or late cancellations will incur a fee ranging from 50% to 100% of the total service cost. The specific percentage applied will be determined based on factors such as the notice period provided, previous cancellation history, and the circumstances surrounding the cancellation.

BOOKING

To reserve an appointment, a valid credit card must be provided when booking. Payment methods accepted at checkout include all major credit cards and cash. However, checks and peer-to-peer payments (such as Venmo, Cashapp) are not accepted, with the exception of Zelle. If you choose to pay in cash, please ensure you have the exact amount as cash back availability may vary.

 

Online bookings will be in a pending status until approved. Alternatively, you can text us at 732-844-9776 to make an appointment. Please allow up to 48 business hours to receive confirmation.

Outside Business Hours Services

For appointments outside of regular business hours, please text 732-844-9776. Please note that a convenience fee of $50 will be added. Kindly understand that submitting a request does not guarantee the appointment availability.

GUESTS

Please be aware there is limited space available. We kindly request that no additional guests, including children and pets, accompany you during your service.

 

AGE

Services are available for individuals aged 12 and up.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds are not provided for services rendered. In the event of dissatisfaction with the results, please inform us within 48 hours of the appointment. However, we maintain the right to decline this courtesy at our discretion.

 

SERVICE PREP

We kindly request that you arrive with your hair already detangled. Significant detangling will incur an additional fee of $45, which will be added to your service. As we operate by appointment, we must consider the time required for detangling. In extreme cases, rescheduling may be necessary.

 

For clients seeking color services, we kindly ask that you arrive with your hair stretched and free from any products.

In order to maintain a tranquil atmosphere and provide a comfortable experience for all clients, we kindly ask you to show respect and comply with our established policies.
